We have full production lines for tubes & pipes containing 3 hot piercing machines, 10 cold drawn machines, 11 cold Pilger machines, 5 straightening machines, and 2 heat treatment furnaces.
For Quality Assurance we have advanced inspection equipment including Metallurgical Microscope, Hardness Tester, Universal Test machine, Optical Emission Spectrometer, Intergranular Corrosion Tester, Ultrasonic Tester, Eddy Current Detector, Endoscope, and Hydrostatic Tester.
We have a strict quality assurance system which has received TUV, ISO9001-2000, DNV certificates. LR and PED testing and certification is available.
